Jinkai's intelligent rubbish recognition technology for street sweepers has been patented and employs a central data processor and wide-angle visual sensors for rubbish classification and recognition, controlling automatic street sweeping and classifying of collected rubbish, thereby achieving real-time monitoring of cleaning effectiveness. Within a range of 15 meters, the rubbish detection system achieves a frame rate of 32fps, with an average precision index of 76.3%, accuracy of 76.7%, and recall rate of 89.2%.
